Our Just Future (formerly known as Human Solutions) develops affordable rental housing, manages our real estate assets for quality and stability, and provides comprehensive resident services based on our understanding that affordable housing is only the first step toward families achieving self-sufficiency.

Since 1994, we have developed housing in East Portland, Gresham and Fairview. We currently own 18 locations with 804 apartments. Thirty percent of our apartments have 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms (this jumps to 68 percent when you also include the number of 2-bedroom apartments). This gives us the capacity to house large families who otherwise could not find affordable housing in the private market.
