Solving our region’s housing crisis is on all of our minds – especially here at Our Just Future, where one of our top goals and reasons for being is to ensure that everyone in East Portland / East Multnomah County has a stable place to call home.

These are some of the ways we are building that future:
- We build and operate affordable apartment communities to increase the supply in our area, which is one important answer to the crisis. Our newest – pictured above– is leasing up 93 new apartments now!· Our amazing career coaches guide folks with the highest barriers to employment to find a career path, complete training, improve wages, and better support themselves and their families.
- We operate three emergency shelters where we offer a safe place for 220 people to stay every night. While there, we support their journeys back to stable housing.
- We advocate for upstream solutions to racism and other longstanding systemic inequities that put and keep people in poverty.
